    ACI eManifest is an initiative of the Canadian Government to make the border smarter and more secure. Beginning in 2011, an 18 month implementation timeline will begin for all highway carriers to prepare for their electronic manifest(eManifest) submission requirements to the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA).
